Feriha Esin started her career as a market researcher. Until the end of 1996, she served as Information Technologies and Financial Affairs Director and Deputy General Manager for 16 years at Henkel KGaA/Turyağ A.Ş., Yaşarbank A.Ş., S.C. Johnson's Wax A.Ş., Pepsi Cola-Pizza Hut, Pak Holding-Pak Gıda Üretim Pazarlama A.Ş. Besides, as a management team member, she carried responsibilities in strategic planning, implementation and realization of corporate activity plans.

Between 1997-2001, she provided management consultancy services to various organizations within Gonzey Consulting and Trading Limited Company, of which she was a founding partner. During this period she worked as board member of Turkish Management Consultants Association and as auditor of Finance Club of Turkey.

Between 2001-2005, she worked as Assistant General Manager of Atlas Copco Makinaları Imalat A.Ş. She took the responsibility of Financial Affairs, Information Technologies, Human Resources, Purchasing and Logistics functions.

In 2006 she worked as Holding CFO of Hayat Holding, which it is a big Turkish Holding Company operating multinationally. During 2008-2009 she worked as General Manager in Aktif İleti Group Companies operaing in five different countries. In 2010-2011, she worked as Financial Affairs and Logistic Coordinator in Farmamak Ambalaj Maddeleri ve Ambalaj Makinaları A.Ş. that is a Yıldız Holding Grup Company.

In 2013-2014 she was the CEO of Özman Otomotiv Group Companies operating in tyre business with three companies. Feriha Esin is continuing to provide management consulting services since 1997.

Feriha Esin has provided managerial services and added valuable contribution to many companies which are local or multinational from many different sectors. She has full professional proficiency in English, professional working proficiency in French, advanced level proficiency in German Languages.
