Profile
Suer Aslan started his career as a Planning and Controlling associate at Koc Holding in 1993. Due to his position, he undertook responsibilities, in the retail and consumer goods industries, for preparing mid and long term business plans as well as executing projects which were necessary to reach targets defined in the plans.
Between 1999 and 2009, he held various positions such as production and plant manager, strategic planning manager and general manager in large scale local and global companies operating in the retail, chemicals and consumer goods industries such as Kom, Koton, Colakoglu, Deka Chem. In this period, he specialized in operational excellence, growth and profitability management, strategy development and restructuring.
From 2010 on, he led strategy and financial advisory services for over 10 years in a global advisory company. During his career, he took managerial responsibilities within EMEA region, and execute projects for companies operating in various industries such as retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, media, energy and construction, as well as holding companies. He is fluent in English and conversational with German.
