Esra Nil Erkmen has started her business career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen. She has joined Fiba Group after her 3 years with the Audit Firm. She has assumed several roles across the Fiba Group of Companies, including Fiba Holding, Finans Invest, Fiba Retail and Florence Nightingale Hospitals between the years 1993 and 2015.
She has gained robust retail experience during her responsibilities with Fiba Retail for more than 15 years. She has worked as Assistant General Manager for Marks&Spencer Turkey between the years 1999 and 2007, where she has successfully managed the Finance, Customs& Logistics and Information Technologies functions. She has been then promoted and acted as General Manager for M&S Turkey between the years 2007 and 2014. She has become the CFO of 3 brands for Fiba Retail in 2014 for the territories of Turkey, Russia and Ukraine.
She has joined HD Holding, one of the most prominent quick service restaurant players in Turkey, in 2016. She has worked as the CFO/Assistant General Manager between the years 2016 and 2020 with the Group, which operates 300 restaurant network with the brands HD İskender, HD Döner and Pidem.
